Information For Beginners
We cater for Young Juniors (ages 5 – 6 years) and Juniors classes (ages 7 – 12 years).
Beginners are most welcome. To try out a class simply come along to one of our sessions and introduce yourself to the instructor. Get there five minutes before the start of the class. Wear loose clothing such as sweatshirt in track pants. The first class is free.
