If you are interested in attending the seminar here are the things to do and know:

  • Tell us you are interested by filling in the registration form - we'll keep you informed and help with accommodation Our registration form if offline now. You will need to sort your own accommodation.
  • Register for the seminar and pay the seminar fee direct to the Auckland organisers - see the seminar registration section for details
  • Arrange your return flights to Auckland - there are some handy links in the Flights from Christchurch to Auckland section below
  • We will do a group booking for the accommodation around the end of July. After July we will try to help with accommodation too - but it is first-come-first-served and there will be other groups booking at the same hotel. If you have filled in the ASC registration form we'll confirm details before booking accommodation.

Seminar registration

ASC members need to register and pay individually. The registration form has the contact and payment details. If you pay online keep a copy of the payment confirmation and take it to the seminar to complete your registration.

Recommended venue: Waipuna Hotel

We have organised accommodation with the Waipuna Hotel.

The daily prices are:

  • $56 per person in a group (will be fit two or three per room to minimise rooms)
  • Or $56 per person for two per room
  • Or $47 per person for three per room (with rollaway bed)

Bookings

We will organise an initial booking for ASC members around the end of July. You need to fill in the ASC registration form if you want to be part of that booking.
