Download the Google Photos Screensaver. Right click on your desktop and select "Properties". Go to the screensaver tab, select "google photos screensaver" and hit "Settings".

You should see this screen.

Check "Photo feeds" and click "Configure".

Add the following feed:
http://picasaweb.google.com/data/feed/base/user/shinryukan?alt=rss&kind=...

The screensaver will now download any new photos as they're added.

A word of warning: there are a lot of photos, so if you're on dial up internet or broadband with a low data cap, think twice about this!
