We will hold a special DAWN TRAINING session on Waimairi Beach at 6.30am on Saturday 1 September to welcome spring.

Everyone is welcome. Bring your weapons if you have them – we will do a mixture of empty handed and weapons practice.

The location is Waimairi Beach at the end of Beach Road just in front of the surf club.

Dawn training is very special and if the weather and sunrise co-operate it can be spectacular.
